You will receive friendly email reminders 48 and 24 hours prior to your scheduled clean to ensure you are aware of the confirmed time and the specific cleaner attending.

The Premium package is for those who want more than just a clean home. Whether you choose weekly or fortnightly visits this package is designed to give you back precious time to focus on what matters most — your goals, your family, your downtime.
Occasionally, there may be a replacement cleaner assigned to your appointment to ensure your home is serviced. Additionally, during particularly busy weeks, we may bring an assistant to ensure thoroughness and efficiency, guaranteeing your space receives the attention it deserves. The cleaners name attending will show on your reminder emails.
If you are not going to be home during the clean our preference is that you leave a key in a lockbox to which Clean Nest Co would keep the code. We ask you do not provide the cleaners with a key to the home as this is not covered in our insurance if they loose it.
Communication is at the heart of everything we do. We have clear procedures around any changes to your clean that may happen and a system which will SMS you for these changes so you always know exactly when and we will be there and who will be attending the property.

Once a cleaner has applied, they are screened prior to an interview and then followed by a trial and a significant training period which includes in person and also online courses we have designed specifically for our business and your home.
