What to Expect

Before the Clean

We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we make it easy for you to stay informed about your upcoming cleaning appointment's. You will receive friendly email reminders 48 and 24 hours prior to your scheduled clean to ensure you are aware of the confirmed time and the specific cleaner attending.

After the Clean

We believe in the power of feedback and your satisfaction is our top priority. The business day following the initial clean, we will reach out to you for a check-in to ensure that your expectations have been met. Your opinion matters to us, and we strive to continuously improve based on your valuable feedback.

Ongoing Excellence

You will be allocated a two hour time window for the commencement of your clean, the specific time will be confirmed with your 24 and 48 hour reminders.

Service Notes

Occasionally, there may be a replacement cleaner assigned to your appointment to ensure your home is serviced. Additionally, during particularly busy weeks, we may bring an assistant to ensure thoroughness and efficiency, guaranteeing your space receives the attention it deserves. The cleaners name attending will show on your reminder emails.

If you are not going to be home during the clean our preference is that you leave a key in a lockbox to which Clean Nest Co would keep the code. We ask you do not provide the cleaners with a key to the home as this is not covered in our insurance if they loose it.
